As a client of wood, kitchen, door frames, as well as professionals, I have always been received with kindness and professionalism. Family contact and solutions as complete as with the nationals. I recently purchased and installed a garage door and front door. The product is perfect, the installation is perfect and the deadlines respected and yet God knows I am demanding!!! I recommend all the organs of this structure a thousand times over.

I agree with the comment of another customer, you really have the impression of being intrusive when you arrive at the counter, it's unpleasant. Beyond that, the opening hours are not suitable for individuals who work during the week (closed during the lunch break). The weekend is only Saturday morning so you better not have forgotten anything because you won't be able to come back until the following week, unless you take a day off during the week (which I already had to do) . However, fortunately, the wood is quality, but it is so difficult and time-consuming to get what you want that I end up going to GSB 95% of the time. In fact, if I call in advance to try to prepare my order, the person always tells me to send an email and that they will respond within half a day. EACH TIME, he responded to me 3 to 5 days later! And he hadn't taken something into account. So I send an email again. Answered 3 days later asking me a question. I respond immediately. Response from him 3 or 4 days later again with a quote. In the meantime, I needed to make progress on my work so I ordered from Leroy Merlin who delivered it to me within 48 hours. It's sad because I would prefer to work with a local company, but the service and availability are just not there. And I can only move forward on my job site on weekends, so I can't afford to waste two of them emailing back and forth to get basic materials.

I went to the store on August 23, 2022 at 9:00 am. As a regular customer, and a local resident, I am really disappointed with the behavior of the store, and in particular the store manager who refused my request for an exchange of the Rouen type galvanized hooks. for Vadot type hooks. Attached are photos and supporting documents presented at the store. Of course, the exchange/return period is 1 month, but given that the items are intact metal parts (bar code labels still in place) and not electronic products (devices, tools, etc.) . I find it shameful that this simple request was not granted by the store manager. You have lost a customer, yes certainly not a big customer, but a customer nonetheless. I will never set foot in this store again. Good day.

Deplorable “welcome” from Junet Bois. You feel like you're being disturbed before you even get to the counter. We give you no advice, no sense of business. I think the gentleman should consider retraining or at least stay behind the store so as not to give the store a bad image. As for our request, we obviously made our purchases elsewhere, which is a shame when we are 5 minutes from the store.

Hello, we had our windows, front door, roller shutters changed by the company JUNET BOIS. Everything went well, a good team! starting with the delivery people, friendly people, an excellent team of installers including Jonathan, a pleasant person who knows his job, top finishes. Also Laurent the salesman is a nice person who listens and gives good advice. My wife and I thank the JUNET BOIS company and its entire team. We therefore recommend this company for your future work.
